Freya FST impresses at Cholderton

Emily Harris and Freya FST were on top form to win both the Medium 75 and Advanced Medium 92 overall at Cholderton on Sunday 28 May with two impressive scores of 74.05% and 77.03%. Freya, owned and bred by Fay Thomas of FST Sport Horses, is a seven year old mare by Fidertanz.

It was Freya’s first time competing in a double bridle, so Emily chose to ride safely in the first test. They had a solid, confidence-giving round, with Freya showing her excellent natural rhythm and balance. For the second test, the handbrake came off and they were rewarded with the highest score of the day. Highlights included the flowing lateral work and the trot extensions, which earned scores of 8.5.
